Yes, it’s here… Netflix did it again with Sabrina The Teenage Witch Reboot. Kiernan Shipka will be playing Sabrina Spellman, as she navigates high school life with the help (and in some cases, struggles) of magical powers.
Kiernan Shipka was born in Chicago, Illinois, to John Young Shipka, a real estate developer, and his wife, Erin Ann, a one-time queen of Chicago’s St. Patrick’s Day parade. The family relocated to Los Angeles when she was six to support her acting career. Kiernan got her black belt in taekwondo in June, 2012. Shipka began doing commercial print modeling when she was a baby. As part of Mad Men (2007)’s ensemble cast, she won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2008 and 2009.

As for Sabrina itself, it came in the package of cartoon along with the live action movie. I guess it’s up to the fans whether to like it or not since the plot about witchcraft is not very popular nowadays. But it’s the same Netflix that brought you Daredevil to life out of the blue, I guess the failure will not get worse than when Death Note was released (if it fails).
